The general assembly of Agrotouristiki shareholders officially decided on the liquidation of the company last month. Agrotouristiki SA was created in 2001 with the Tourism Development Company (ETA) as its primary shareholder and under the jurisdiction of the tourism development ministry, ATE bank and the Technical Olympic group of companies, with the aim of developing alternative forms of tourism such as agrotourism.
