Blue Star Ferries Invites Travelers to ‘Write Their Story’

Blue Star Ferries is inviting travelers to participate in its new initiative, “I write my story” and share special moments, colors, images and emotions related to their travels and life on the Aegean islands.

By encouraging people to write their own story, the company aims to bring the islands’ residents, regular visitors and passengers closer and create a collection of real-life stories from all seasons of the year.

Internet users can enter the special microsite, www.bsfistories.gr, write a story related to their memories onboard a Blue Star Ferries ship and enter a draw to win one of a total of 50 tickets for two, for a round trip to their favorite island.

“The passengers and the residents of the islands are the leading characters of the initiative, with the unique Greek sea and the Aegean light on the background and the ships of Blue Star Ferries as their common element,” the company said in an announcement.

The initiative will run until January 30, 2018, and is part of Blue Star Ferries’ social responsibility program, which, under the motto “our destination is you”, sets the people at the epicenter of its activities.
