DESCRIPTION:The Posidonia Sea Tourism Forum is the leading business platform for the cruise and yachting industry and the meeting point for global cruise and yachting executives\, ports & destinations\, governments\, tourism associations & regulators. It focuses on the growth potential and new investment opportunities in the sea tourism sector of the Eastern Mediterranean and the Black Sea region. \nThe two day event incorporates a high level conference and a busy exhibition floor. \nThe conference agenda addresses the hottest issues of the cruise\, yachting and passenger shipping industries: challenges & investment opportunities\, alternative port ownership and management structures\, port infrastructure development; destination promotion\, marinas privatization and private public partnerships; development of the passenger shipping market etc. \nAt the East Med’s dedicated event\, key speakers from the world’s leading cruise and yachting industries will be joining the conference panels to put forward their views on the present and future of sea tourism in this region. Cruise topics to be discussed include current global deployment trends and the challenges facing the East Mediterranean. Additionally\, discussions will include the importance of berth allocation\, new destinations\, emerging markets and cruise sales\, shore excursions and land experiences\, among others.
