DESCRIPTION:The Aegina Fistiki Fest will take place for the 9th consecutive year on 14-17 September 2017\, organised by the Municipality of Aegina in collaboration with Region of Attica & local producers. \nWith “Sweet Pistachio” Aegina welcome the visitors to this year’s festival. It is a theatrical presentation which will take you back in time to the 1960s\, creating a vintage atmosphere along with the orchestra of traditional instruments and local dance groups. \nApart from the trade exhibition along the coastline of Aegina’s town\, the Aegina Fistiki Fest includes gastronomy events\, creative activities\, workshops for children\, concerts\, seminars etc. \nThe fest is dedicated to the internationally known Pistachio (Fistiki) of Aegina Island (a Protected Designation of Origin product) with its unique taste and quality.
