DESCRIPTION:The 49th edition of International Boat Show boot Düsseldorf will be held on 20-28 January 2018 at Düsseldorf exhibition centre. \nSome 1\,550 sailing and motor boats will drop anchor in the exhibition halls of Düsseldorf!  Climb on board the large yachts or discover the new racing yachts\, cruising yachts and vintage yachts. Boats of all types\, sizes and price categories are represented. \nThe best and finest in Europe’s boat industry are awarded the “Oscars of Water Sports” every year: this is the fourteenth time the international European Yacht of the Year awards are presented. The European Yacht of the Year is the most thorough competition there is for production boats\, the only one that comprises 11 different magazines\, from 11 different European nations\, testing 25 yachts in five different categories\, over two weeks in two different seas. The five categories comprise Family Cruisers\, Performance Cruisers\, Luxury Cruisers\, Special Yachts and Multihulls. The award will be presented at a special evening event held for marine professionals at the Düsseldorf Boot.

DESCRIPTION:Organized by the International Federation for Information Technology and Travel and Tourism (IFITT)\, ENTER 2018 will be the 25th annual ENTER Conference. The conference also features 6-8 world class keynote speakers. \nENTER 2018 is a “one of a kind conference”. It offers a worldwide and unique forum for attendees from academia\, industry and government on information and communication technologies and travel & tourism. In the conference the latest research meets successful business applications and best practice from cities\, regions and countries. An exceptional element of ENTER 2018 will be Focus Scandinavia and with it some 500 participants are expected. \nWith a theme Digital tourism: engagement\, content\, and networks the ENTER 2018 conference will focus on exploring emergent and cutting-edge ICT concepts\, applications\, managerial approaches and business models that reflect the progressive transformation in travel\, tourism and hospitality\, with a special focus on developing digital strategies that capitalise on content\, big data\, engagement\, and networks. \nThe ENTER 2018 in Jönköping is the 25th anniversary of this ground breaking conference which contributed to the development in e-tourism since the very first days of the World Wide Web!
