DESCRIPTION:To 6ο Πανελλήνιο Συνέδριο Κοινωνικής Επιχειρηματικότητας στην Υγεία\, θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τις 27 έως τις 29 Σεπτεμβρίου 2024 στο Αμφιθέατρο της Κλινικής «Κατσίγρα» στη Λάρισα. Το συνέδριο τελεί υπό την αιγίδα του Υπουργείου Υγείας και της Περιφέρειας Θεσσαλίας και φέρει τον τίτλο: «Δουλεύουμε με την ψυχή μας\, παράγουμε υπεραξία στη ζωή και την εργασία. Ο ρόλος των ΚοιΣΠΕ και της ΠΟΚοιΣΠΕ στην κοινωνική και εργασιακή συμπερίληψη: προκλήσεις\, προσεγγίσεις και εργαλεία». \nΤο συνέδριο αυτό αποτελεί μία μοναδική ευκαιρία να συζητηθούν οι προκλήσεις και οι προοπτικές στον τομέα της Κοινωνικής και Αλληλέγγυας Οικονομίας\, καθώς και η εφαρμογή της Υποστηριζόμενης Απασχόλησης στους ΚοιΣΠΕ. Οι σύνεδροι θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να γνωρίσουν τα πρώτα Εξειδικευμένα Γραφεία Υποστηριζόμενης Απασχόλησης (ΕΓΥΑ) που αποτελούν τα θεμέλια ενός νέου Δικτύου Υποστήριξης και Απασχόλησης για άτομα με ψυχοκοινωνικά προβλήματα. Επίσης θα παρευρεθούν σε έναν διάλογο με δυνητικούς εργοδότες\, φορείς ψυχικής υγείας και άλλους κοινωνικούς φορείς που θα συμβάλλουν στην θετική πορεία του εγχειρήματος ακούγοντας ιδέες\, προτάσεις και πρακτικές για την περαιτέρω ενίσχυση των ΚοιΣΠΕ και τη βελτίωση του τρόπου δικτύωσης τους. \nΟ Δημήτρης Παπανικολάου\, πρώην μπασκετμπολίστας της Εθνικής Ελλάδος και Ομιλητής Ευαισθητοποίησης για τον Αυτισμό\, θα ανοίξει το συνέδριο με την κεντρική ομιλία με θέμα «Η δύναμη της Εξωστρέφειας». Πρόκειται για έναν αθλητή – πρότυπο που με το παράδειγμά του εμπνέει και δίνει αισιοδοξία στα άτομα με αυτισμό\, συμβάλλοντας καταλυτικά στην ευαισθητοποίηση και την ενημέρωση του κοινού. \nΤο συνέδριο είναι ανοικτό για το κοινό και θα διεξαχθεί με υβριδική μορφή\, δίνοντας τη δυνατότητα  εξ αποστάσεως συμμετοχής και παρακολούθησης.

Το θέμα της φετινής διοργάνωσης είναι «Kλιματική αλλαγή και τουρισμός». \nΣήμερα περισσότερο από ποτέ\, η προσοχή είναι στραμμένη στις πτυχές της ανάπτυξης του τουρισμού\, χάριν της συνεισφοράς του στο ΑΕΠ και την υποστήριξή του σε άλλους τομείς της οικονομίας\, όπως ο πρωτογενής αγροτοδιατροφικός και ο κλάδος της εστίασης\, αλλά και λόγω του μεγάλου ποσοστού που αντιπροσωπεύουν τα τουριστικά έργα στον τομέα των μεγάλων επενδύσεων\, των έργων υποδομών και τον κλάδο των κατασκευών. Η τελευταία παράμετρος είναι μία από εκείνες – ίσως η πιο προφανής οικονομικά – που συνδέει την αρχιτεκτονική με τον τουρισμό. Ο συνδυασμός της φύσης\, του δομημένου περιβάλλοντος\, των ανθρώπων και των δραστηριοτήτων τους\, που συνθέτουν την ταυτότητα του τόπου και την μοναδικότητα – ή και το αντίθετο – της εμπειρίας είναι άλλη μία ακόμη παράμετρος. \nΣε αυτό το πλαίσιο\, είναι σαφές ότι η αρχιτεκτονική δύναται να δώσει λύσεις – ή να ολιγωρήσει – για μία σειρά από φλέγοντα ζητήματα. Σε αυτά τα ζητήματα προστίθεται\, με καθοριστική δυναμική για το μέλλον\, η μεγάλη πρόκληση της κλιματικής αλλαγής. \nΜερικές απο τις θεματικές που θα καλύψει το συνεδριο είναι: \n\nΠοιος θα είναι ο ρόλος της αρχιτεκτονικής στη χάραξη αυτής της νέας εποχής;\nΠοιες είναι οι πραγματικές όψεις της αειφορίας\, οι οποίες θα συμβάλουν στον περιορισμό του περιβαλλοντικού αποτυπώματος του τουρισμού και με ποιον τρόπο\, παράλληλα\, θα δημιουργήσουν το υπόβαθρο για την ικανοποίηση των ταξιδιωτών;\nΠώς συμβιβάζεται η αυθεντικότητα και ο χαρακτήρας ενός τόπου με τον διεθνή χαρακτήρα των προτεραιοτήτων και στρατηγικών;\nΜε ποιες άλλες τάσεις του μακροπεριβάλλοντος αλληλεπιδρούν οι συνέπειες της κλιματικής αλλαγής\, επηρεάζοντας τον τουρισμό; Μπορεί η αρχιτεκτονική να βοηθήσει;

DESCRIPTION:The conference will be hosted by the Larissa Municipality from November 2 to 4\, 2022 at the Municipal Art Gallery. The conference is in person only and in English\, while simultaneous translation into Greek will be provided at the plenary sessions. \nWhat makes our annual conference different:  \nThe recent annual conferences were hosted by different European cities: Venice\, Leipzig\, Zagreb\, Florence\, Hamburg\, Zurich\, Ljubljana\, Vienna\, Prato and Berlin. Up to four hundred delegates from Europe and further afield join each year with significant participation from the hosting country. All Major Cities of Europe conferences received unanimous excellent feedback from the delegates about the quality of the speakers and the relevance of the topics discussed during round tables and world café sessions\, but more importantly it was highly appreciated that discussions were open and concerned not only successes but also issues: the delegates like to hear the truth not the spin \nConference overview: \n\nUnforeseen changes and pressures determine new thrusts and accelerations towards the transformation of cities. The sudden conjunction of external threats such as the pandemic\, climate change\, energy crisis\, war\, immigration\, refugees\, inflation\, economic slowdown have created an unexpected situation.\nFulfilling Local Governments’ response in facing the new challenges\, in leading the change and in responding to citizens’ expectations is a priority. How to react quickly with policies\, strategies\, and investments to manage the situation? How to be prepared for such responsibilities? What are the key elements to succeed? Can digital technologies be the enablers and drivers of transformations in managing citizens’ services\, in establishing climate and environmental policies and action plans\, in guaranteeing security and resilience towards present and new emergency situations and risks? How to communicate with\, involve and include citizens in transforming the city? Are the skills and culture of public servants fit to make the transformations happen?\n\n“From Chaos to Cosmos – Innovative Communities\, Places and Cities” is the golden thread of our 2022 conference. Organizers plan to dedicate different sessions to answer to the above multiple questions with testimonials\, case studies\, workshops\, and open debates. \n\nThe main topics in the programme are:\nBuilding from the learnings of Covid\nBecoming digital by design\nPlatforms and data for cities\nEmpowering citizens and civil servants\nCreating Smart Places for Smart Living and Tourism\n100 Climate Neutral Cities\, EU Mission\nBreaking barriers between health and social care\nBecoming resilient and secure in the real and cyber worlds\nSpecial sessions will be dedicated to our communities focused on Cybersecurity and European projects \nParticipation is open to local government managers\, experts\, and practitioners and in general those involved in innovation in Local Governments are welcome. The program specifically targets\, Local Government CIOs\, Smart city managers\, environment managers\, security\, resilience\, and cybersecurity managers.\n\nWhy participate?  \nThe independent and non-commercial environment of this pan-European event represents a unique opportunity for participants to engage together with their peers in innovation in Local Government. Due to the friendly and open atmosphere\, the Major Cities of Europe conference will offer an excellent opportunity for the participants to engage in informal discussions during the conference breaks\, lunches\, and dinners\, in order to share ideas\, initiatives\, experiences and learn from each other.
