DESCRIPTION:In 2019 INTERBOOT\, the international water sports exhibition\, will be held during 21-29 September in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance\, Germany. \nFor nine days\, nearly 500 leading brands from 20 countries will exhibit their innovative products in six categories: Sailing boat\, Motorboat\, Trendsport\, Travel and charter\, Harbour and sport\, Youth@Interboot. \nMore than 86\,000 buyers are expected to attend the event again\, which will present them with exclusive events and product-testing opportunities. \nA varied entertainment programme\, organized with the help of the INTERBOOT SPORTS GROUP\, amongst others\, comprises every year about 500 events to join in and cheer on. Participants will have the opportunity to swim from the volcano to the old port of Fira. Organization will provide amateur athletes with a high-quality safety lifeguard buoy\, giving them extra motive to choose Santorini Experience. \nSwimming route will take place with the upmost safety in the enchanting sea of Santorini (average water temperature of 20-22 degrees Celsius)\, under the technical direction of federal coach with Olympic and World Championship distinctions\, Nikos Gemelos\, who has designed this unique route. Once again\, specialized lifeguards of Lifeguard Patrol will contribute in safety measures\, providing staff as well as lifeboats. DESCRIPTION:This year’s event will take place during 11-13 October 2019\, in Messinia and Costa Navarino\, anticipating hundreds of professional and amateur athletes\, who will take part in its numerous activities. \nThe multi-awarded sports tourism event\, that promotes sports and fair play as its main goal\, will be\, once again\, full of activities for all ages. \nNavarino Challenge follows\, as every year\, the ideals of the Olympic Movement\, which is to educate youth through sports\, without discrimination and in keeping with the Olympic spirit of fair play. Messinia has started spreading the message “Sports unite people” around the world with the participation of Olympic athletes and hall of famers. \nNavarino Challenge allows participants to be informed and involved in its activities to support the sacred goal of combating childhood obesity through exercise and awareness of the benefits of a Mediterranean diet. \nThis year\, the event will further promote charity by supporting: a) the Institute of Preventive Medicine\, Environmental and Occupational Health\, Prolepsis with a program on Food Aid and Promotion of Healthy Nutrition\, DIATROFI. \nAdditionally\, the Captain Vasilis and Carmen Konstantakopoulos Foundation will support b) WWF Hellas and c) Karkinaki.
