DESCRIPTION:The 9th Mediterranean Yacht Show (MEDYS)\, the world’s largest crewed yacht charter show will be held on April 27th to May 1st\, 2024 at the picturesque town of Nafplio. \nIt is a main yachting event that will display in the best possible way the “crème de la crème” of the licensed and legally operating highly professional yachts and crews in this part of the World. \nOrganized by the Greek Yachting Association (GYA) and held under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism and the crucial support of the Municipality of Nafplion\, the Mediterranean Yacht Show has established itself as a must-attend event on the global yachting calendar\, offering foreign brokers the opportunity to inspect and appraise an outstanding fleet of commercial EU-flagged luxury yachts and the high caliber of services they provide. Save the date for the show that plays a pivotal role in the growth and development of yachting in Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean. \nIn terms of attending yachts\, the 2023 MEDYS once again surpassed the numbers achieved by shows of the same nature that cover the Americas and the Western Mediterranean and reinforced its position as the leading show of its kind. The 8th MEDYS featured 92 yachts with an impressive cumulative length of 3.5 km and an equally impressive waiting list (due to limited space in the port of Nafplio) that well exceeded that of previous years. The event attracted more than 750 yachting professionals from 31 countries who had the opportunity to inspect yachts with a Greek charter licence\, meet the crew\, and discover a wide range of services and products. \nThe quantity and quality of the participating yachts\, in combination with the unique location and the hospitality that Greeks are famous for\, have established the MEDYS as the must-attend event on the international yachting calendar. The laid-back atmosphere that prevails\, and creates countless networking opportunities for attendees\, is also one of the strong points of the show. \nThe Chefs’ Competition will also be returning in 2024 to challenge the creativity\, talent\, and skills of the yacht chefs. “Zero Waste” was the theme for 2023: it raised the bar and there is already anticipation\, seasoned with a little healthy anxiety\, for next year. DESCRIPTION:Η δημοφιλής διοργάνωση τρεξίματος Ποσειδώνιος Ημιμαραθώνιος\, επιστρέφει για 15η χρονιά στην Κυριακή 21η Απριλίου\, προκειμένου να προσφέρει σε ερασιτέχνες και επαγγελματίες δρομείς την ευκαιρία να δοκιμάσουν τις ικανότητες τους σε διαφορετικές διαδρομές  που αγκαλιάζουν τον Φαληρικό Όρμο αλλά και να απολαύσουν την εμπειρία της άθλησης δίπλα στη θάλασσα. \nΤο φετινό πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει ξανα\, έξι διαφορετικούς αγώνες με μικρές\, μεσαίες και μεγάλες αποστάσεις. Το βασικό αγώνισμα της ημέρας είναι ο Ημιμαραθώνιος των 21\,1 χλμ με μια διαδρομή που περνά από τη Μαρίνα του Φλοίσβου\, το Κέντρο Πολιτισμού Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος\, την Πλατεία Νερού\, τη Λεωφόρο Ποσειδώνος και την παραλία Εδέμ. Παράλληλα με τον Ημιμαραθώνιο διεξάγεται πάνω στην ίδια διαδρομή και ο Αγώνας Δρόμου Τέταρτο (1/4) Ημιμαραθώνιος.  Το παραλιακό μέτωπο διατρέχει και ο Αγώνας Δρόμου Novo Nordisk μήκους 5 χλμ και ο αγώνας Δυναμικού Βαδίσματος Novo Nordisk 5 χλμ. Από το σχεδιασμό\, δεν λείπει και ο παιδικός αγώνας  Athens Kids Run 1.000 μέτρων που απευθύνεται σε δρομείς έως 12 χρόνων. Όντας ευαισθητοποιημένος και στα κοινωνικά ζητήματα\, ο Ποσειδώνιος έχει εντάξει από την αρχή της διοργάνωσής του στο πρόγραμμά του Αγώνα Κοινωνικής Προσφοράς. Τρέχοντας ή βαδίζοντας για 1.000 ή 2.000 μέτρα\, οι συμμετέχοντες εδώ ενισχύουν το έργο του Πανελλήνιου Σύλλογου Προσαρμοσμένων Δραστηριοτήτων «ΑΛΜΑ»\, για παιδιά με νοητική υστέρηση και αυτισμό. \nΑφετηρία και τερματισμός του ημιμαραθωνίου και των παράλληλων αγώνων είναι το Πολιτιστικό και Αθλητικό Κέντρο του Δήμου Παλαιού Φαλήρου. DESCRIPTION:O Δήμος Μεσσήνης και η Περιφέρεια Πελοποννήσου σε συνεργασία με το Σύλλογο Αθλουμένων Μεσσήνης (Σ.Α.Μ.)\, και την αιγίδα της Ε.Α.Σ. Σ.Ε.Γ.Α.Σ. Περιφέρειας Πελοποννήσου και της ΕΟΣΛΜΑ-Υ προκηρύσσουν τον 17ο Μαραθώνιο Δρόμο Μεσσήνης\, την σκυταλοδρομία Μαραθωνίου (2Χ21.1km)\, καθώς και τους παράλληλους δρόμους 10 km\, 3 km και 1000m\, εκτός σταδίου. \n\nΕκκίνηση Μαραθωνίου και Δυναμικού Βάδην: Δυναμικό Βάδην\, 06:00\, Μαραθώνιος\, 07:00 πμ από την Κεντρική πλατεία της Μεσσήνης. Χρονικό όριο τερματισμού οι επτά (7) ώρες για τον μαραθώνιο δρόμο και οκτώ (8) ώρες για το δυναμικό βάδην 42.195km.
