SUMMARY:Amorgos Trail Challenge 2017
DESCRIPTION:For the first time this year the Cyclades Trail Cup sport series will include in its program the island of Amorgos. The event is organized by Amorgos Diving Center\, Vigla Hotel\, Askas Pension and Sophia Vlavianou. \nAmorgos Trail Challenge will include two main races of 18km and 7.5km at the Aegiali village on Amorgos. \nAlongside\, will be a held the “Spike” race. This is the first race of such a type ever to take place in Greece. Runners taking part to this race will start their ascent at sea level and head for the highest peak of Nikouria island. The challenge will be to reach the checkpoint at the top\, receive a special stamp from the organizer and begin their descent to the finish line on the beach.
