Actions for Perama Ferry

Mayor of Perama Yiannis Glykas announced a new round of actions to begin in September that will indefinitely exclude access to the Perama ferry and city streets, unless economic demands are met.

The municipality demands an economic reform and among other things to set up a municipality harbor fund for the ferry Perama-Salamina.

The mayor also demands the municipality’s owed funds -which amount to some 20 million euros- by the Association of Communities and Municipalities in the Attica Region and the Piraeus Port Authority to be paid promptly.
