Research company Oban Multilingual aimed to record the trends of the behavior of travelers. It gathered information from individuals from 40 different countries, and according to the survey’s results, 99 percent of respondents had made vacation reservations through the Internet. In addition 19 percent replied to book tickets via the web at least once a year; 13 percent booked online twice a year and 11 percent made reservations electronically three times a year. Others reported booking on-line at least four, five or more times a year. The survey also showed that travelers choose websites based on the simplicity of use, reported comments by other users, language options and their design.
