The contract for the new exhibition center -to also host international exhibitions- foresees a conference room of 34,000 square meters at a cost of some 90 million euros. The new exhibition center will be a modern space with easy access, heavy duty high-tolerance floors, telecommunication facilities, 36,000-square-meter parking lot, restaurants, department stores, a roof garden and offices. According to reports, the main problem of the previous exhibition center, besides inactivity, was the continuous need for modern requirements.
