The network mainly refers to accommodation establishments, most of which are in Evros, and several agritourism and rural tourism enterprises of Thrace are expected to join the effort. According to press reports, the network intends to ensure the standards of quality service of rural tourism businesses of Thrace and it is said to be an important lever for the improvement of services and the attraction of tourism. Members say that Agri-net intends to offer competitive prices through the network, participate in exhibitions, create a website and attract new members in order to establish new bases of business networking in the region. The initiative also aims to ensure a joint policy and cost sharing for promotional purposes and mainly to introduce Thrace as a destination that offers hospitality along with a wide range of activities.
