Athens-based Livin Urbban, an innovative property management company, is aiming to expand its portfolio and manage more than 300 properties throughout Greece by the end of 2020.

Founded in 2016, Livin Urbban specializes in the management of fully equipped accommodations of all types, including short-term rentals.

Livin Urbban offers a plethora of strategic and efficient actions, aiming to offer a full project package for finding, buying, renting, rebuilding, refurbishing and subleasing, along with managing each property for tourism purposes.

The company today has over 100 properties located in the key triangle area of SyntagmaMonastirakiPlaka, in the heart of Athens.

According to the co-founder of Livin Urbban, Dimitrios Ioannou-Dimas, over the past two years the company has invested heavily to expand its properties, locations and services in the Greek capital

“Athens offers great potential for development and since tourism is the country’s main industry it will support a constant percentage in development and expansion,” Ioannou said.

“Our next step is to develop all over Greece,” he added.

Moreover, as the corporate identity of Livin Urbban is based on versatility, the company cooperates with investors and citizens from abroad and assists with full support packages for the issuance of golden visas for non-European citizens.
