The Guest Review Award honors excellence in accommodation services, based on the comments and reviews provided by the hotel’s guests. Booking.com partners must have an average review score of 8 or higher to receive the award. Elianthos Villas won the Guest Review Award 2018 for reaching an overall score of 9 points. “After a very demanding season, Elianthos Villas has once again received this significant distinction by one of the largest OTAs in the world,” the property’s management said in an announcement. “The owners are delighted and express their gratitude to all guests – Greeks and foreigners – that visited our premises and enjoyed traditional Cretan hospitality.
