Developed by K&M Creative, the revamped website includes a number of additional features and services, while it provides updated information on the company’s luxury travel packages and offers. The launch of the new website follows months of preperation from the company’s side. “The new website has been developed to have a modern look and feel, to give more information to travel agency clientele, but mainly to underline the luxury and tailor made approach we provide to our customers,” the agency’s sales manager, Sofia Semelidou, told GTP Headlines. Semelidou, who played a strong role in the website’s revamp, added that Atlantides’ new website will be updated with the company’s latest travel packages all year round. Based in Piraeus and part of the Atlantides Group, the travel agency initially opened as Atlantides Travel in 1987 by Ioannis Kardaris, a known figure in the Greek and international shipping and tourism industry. In 1995 Kardaris merged the agency with Atlantides Travel & Shipping Co. LTD and launched Atlantides Luxury Travel, the VIP service arm of the group.
