Dr Constantine Dino Kiritsis, founder of StudySmart. “The changes that tourism has gone through in recent years mark the beginning of a new era in which hoteliers must change the way they do business and finally take the concept of ‘digital’ more seriously and incorporate it into their strategies so they can see more profit,” Nelios CEO Dimitris Serifis said. According to Serifis, the biggest gap of Greek enterprises – that hinders their entry into the modern age – is education around advanced topics related to technology, sales and all the modern tools they need to learn and evaluate for their business strategies.
