Greek property management company Livin Urbban recently added a new property to the hospitality offer of downtown Athens: “The Athens Green Suites”.

“The travel and tourism product of Athens is developing constantly and this includes the opening of new accommodation properties in the city,” the founder and general manager of the company, Dimitrios Ioannou-Dimas, told GTP Headlines.

Housed in a brand new building, located in the historic center of Athens, “The Athens Green Suites” offers 22 guest rooms and suites.

With a particular sensitivity to the green – eco element in hospitality and a focus on offering a product of high aesthetics, “The Athens Green Suites” offers a range of choices for every visitor, from spacious double rooms to luxurious suites.

Among the many amenities and services offered by the new accommodation, its “Infinity Green” all-day cafe bar stands out. Open to all – hotel guests, travelers and Athenians – the bar is situated on the seventh floor and offers panoramic views of Lycabettus Hill and the Acropolis.

Continuing to expand its portfolio, Livin Urbban in March 2020 will open the “The Athens Panorama Suites”, a property of 54 suites in a strategic location in the city center.

“Sky is the limit, ” Dimitrios Ioannou-Dimas said in regards to the company’s new project.

Founded in 2016, Livin Urbban specializes in the management of fully equipped accommodations of all types, including short-term rentals.
