Often referred to as “the Grammys of Hotel Tech” the annual event honors the year’s top rated hotel software companies and tech products. SuitePads are tablets specifically designed for hotel rooms. Launched by SuitePad, a leading provider of digital guest communication systems for the hotel industry, the product attained an average customer rating of 4.8/5 and a recommendation rate of 95 percent from 62 reviews in the HotelTechAwards 2020. “Many customers commented on how SuitePad allowed them to increase revenue, conveniently provide information for guests, and praised the quality of service provided by the dedicated SuitePad team,” an announcement by the company said. Apart from providing general information about the hotel, its services, and the surrounding area, SuitePads also serve as central booking tools for services such as hotel restaurants, shops, and spas, and each one is integrated with an in-room telephone and TV remote – helping to effectively declutter the hotel room and provide a modern experience for guests. SuitePad also ranked first in the Best Places to Work in Hotel Tech 2020 category at the HotelTechAwards. Established in 2012, Suitebad is a Berlin-based company with a team of over 60 employees. It serves more than 800 hotels across 28 countries, amounting to over 50,000 hotel rooms worldwide. “This ranking shows that SuitePad values the wellbeing of its employees and understands that their satisfaction contributes significantly to its overall success,” the company said. The HotelTechAwards is the industry’s only data driven platform with winners determined by a global community comprised from thousands of verified hotel technology users across more than 120 countries. This year, the winners were selected from more than 100 of the top technology products around the world.
