Reload Hotels Sales was established in 2018 on Crete, aiming to offer sales management services to the hospitality industry. “We are delighted to announce this big partnership that came just over a year since our launch,” Reload’s founder, Yiorgos Yiannios, told GTP Headlines. Along with being assigned with the optimization of the Castello Hotels’ online content and social media channels, Reload has also undertaken the Group’s yield and revenue management. Another key aspect of the new cooperation is the organization and strategic update of the Castello Hotels’ distribution strategy. “This new cooperation is the result of hard work, through which the company gained great outreach and launched cooperations with several hotels around Greece that are interested in using our services to boost and organize their presence in the modern hospitality industry,” Yiannios added. Reload already has launched cooperations with hotels in destinations including Crete, Athens and Chios. Castello Hotels Group consists of three properties – Castello City Hotel, Castello Boutique Resort & Spa and Castello Village Resort – located in Heraklion and Lassithi on Crete and operate on a seasonal basis.
