G & K Hotels, a new hotel management company in Greece, recently entered the hospitality market with the acquirement of the Fiore di Candia, a small boutique hotel near the city of Nafplio.

After extensive refurbishment works by G&K, Fiore di Candia is ready to open for the summer season and welcome visitors to Candia, a small village located in the coastal area, southeast of Nafplio.

The hotel offers apartments with a pool or sea view, as well as studios.

“We are happy to have been able to acquire the hotel, but also concerned about the tourism industry in Greece. These are challenging times… but we will make it, as us Greeks always do,” says Christos Kypriotis, co-founder of G & K Hotels.

G & K Hotels was founded in late 2019 by Eleni Skitzi, a self-motivated entrepreneur.

“At G & K Hotels we provide prime advisory services, putting our 30 years of experience into practice,” Skitzi told GTP Headlines.

“It is vital for hotel owners to have quality partners that will take their enterprise to the next level and make the difference between profitability and loss,” she added.

G & K Hotels focuses on the management and development of hotel operations around the globe. It operates in five areas of expertise: business development management, hotel reservations, finance management, HR training, as well as sales & marketing services.
