Putting the safety of its visitors and staff as top priority, the hotel has adopted the COVID-19 health protocols announced by the Greek government and received the Health First certification by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels. The hotel maintains all the necessary hygiene and social distancing measures at the reception, encourages electronic and cashless procedures and has placed disinfection solutions in all rooms and public areas. Check out is now set at 11am and check in at 3pm. The hotel’s staff proceeds with the thorough disinfection and natural ventilation of all rooms after each stay. All fabric surfaces are disinfected with a steam cleaner. Housekeeping services are not provided during stay unless guests request otherwise. Moreover, the kitchen staff is required to strictly adhere to HACCP rules. The hotel’s management underlines that its staff members are constantly trained on personal hygiene rules and preventive measures regarding COVID-19. Nantin Hotel has also partnered with CardioExpress to provide its guests with special telemedicine services and 24/7 medical consultation. Nantin’s rooms offer air-conditioning and private heating systems, free wifi, balconies, safe box, mini bar and flat LED TVs. Guests can start their day with the buffet breakfast that is served daily in the lobby. They can also relax with a cup of coffee or a drink at the hotel’s bar.
