Ancient Greek Experience Group Appoints Angelos Samolis as Sales Manager

Athens-based travel agency Ancient Greek Experience (A.G.E. Group) has appointed Angelos Samolis as its new sales manager.

Ancient Greece Experience started its operation two years ago with the aim to introduce international travelers to Greece’s ancient history and modern side.

Angelos has more than two decades of experience in the travel industry, having worked for local and international hotel groups and travel agents.

During the last 15 years, he has worked in the field of sales & business development.

“During these unprecedented times, diversity matters and I am happy to join the A.G.E. Group,” Angelos said.

“Our mission is to inspire people to go beyond their cultural boundaries and introduce them to ancient Greek civilization,” he added.

Ancient Greek Experience offers unique tourism packages in over 20 destinations across Greece including Athens, Delphi and Crete, combining guided tours with thematic experiences such as gastronomy, cultural events and other activities.

According to Angelos, “Your Hotel Contractor” is one of the agency’s major projects. “Our dynamic team can guarantee rates and added value that cannot be found elsewhere in the market,” he noted.

On his part, A.G.E. Group CEO Phoebus Grigoroglou welcomed Angelos Samolis to the company.
