On occasion of International Women’s Day, GTP Headlines has invited women in Greek tourism to take a stand and answer the following question:

What is the greatest challenge for Greek tourism in the post-Covid-19 era and what is the first step to address it?

“The biggest challenge right now is stabilizing and supporting both the organization and the work force while preparing for an uncertain future; working hard to foresee clients’ needs and new emerging trends.
So far, Greece has gained consumer confidence as a destination. When the world starts moving again, as hoteliers, we should be ready to provide a good customer experience, featuring a good balance between tech savvy and human interactions, offering unforgettable experiences in safe environments while embracing the true sense of hospitality.”
