The hotel is housed in a preserved mid-19th century building that has been fully renovated with respect to its long history. The property was originally the home of Don Pascal, a priest who served at the local church of St. Antony of Padua. Don Pascal was also a skilled passionate musician. Today, the boutique hotel features 12 suites, each with its own distinctive character and décor. Some suites offer breathtaking views of the Fira and the Caldera, either from their terrace or patio. All suites offer individually controlled clima systems, queen size double beds, flat-screen televisions and safe deposit boxes. Don Pascal Bar Restaurant Mythical Blue’s Don Pascal Bar Restaurant has also reopened to offer Mediterranean and Greek cuisine right beside the hotel’s infinity swimming pool that is overlooking the Caldera. The restaurant serves a la carte breakfast in the mornings, that visitors can also enjoy in the privacy of their own room or terrace. In addition, the restaurant’s chef has curated a menu of creative, inspiring dishes according to local tradition, with the use of products from the soil of Santorini and the neighboring islands. Wine tasting events Don Pascal’s experienced staff is also organizing romantic wine tasting events with Greek food pairing for only one couple each evening. This means that guests can explore Santorini’s rich vineyards and enjoy the unique Caldera view.
