Company updates Thessaloniki’s ONOMA Hotel Personalizes the Guest Experience with New Website by Eleftheria Pantziou 11 June 2021 written by Eleftheria Pantziou 11 June 2021 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 26 The five-star ONOMA Hotel, located in the northern port city of Thessaloniki, has launched a new website, aiming to offer personalized services and experiences to all customers. ONOMA is the newest addition to the portfolio the Anatolia Hospitality Group. It opened its doors four months ago and promises visitors tailor-made experiences and smart technology innovations. Its new website www.onomahotel.com is divided into several sections offering information about ONOMA’s experiences, services and facilities. Through the website, potential visitors can book their accommodation; explore the hotel’s gastronomy options; take a sneak peek of Nikos Vavdinoudis’ “Builders” photo exhibition hosted by the hotel; receive information on how to host an event; order products; and even book a masterclass with the hotel’s mixologist. In addition, users can download the ONOMA app that has unique technology tools. For example, guests can open the hotel’s doors through their mobile phone, as well as directly communicate with the “composer” of their accommodation experience. Furthermore, through push notifications, ONOMA suggests experiences for its visitors inside and outside the hotel’s premises. “This is how technology can take the accommodation experience a step further. Through our app, visitors can control their entire hospitality experience,” the hotel said. ONOMA was recently honored for its smart technology innovations at the Tourism Awards 2021. The hotel received a silver award in the “Technology Enhanced Experience” category, not only for its interactive website, but also for its self-check in counters, the in-room control tablets and the ΟΝΟΜΑ application. ONOMA was also honored as “Ηotel Design Of The Year” in the same event.
