The new Pignolia Suites complex on the island of Crete is getting ready to welcome guests from July 1.

Located in the village of Agia Fotia, in Ierapetra, Lassithi, the Adults-only property accommodates ages from over 16 in 8 luxurious suites with breathtaking views.

Each suite is created with a focus on the particular landscape of Agia Fotia in Southern Crete and all elements are inspired from natural materials to provide accommodation with luxury, relaxation and total comfort.

The whole complex is located next to a serene swimming pool that offers moments of tranquility inside an environment with wide presence of water and natural planting that makes the exterior space more lively.

“Our expectation is to unite in harmony the beauty of Mother Nature, the special energy of our land in the South of Crete with the comfort and calmness of our unique suites,” the property owner, Maria Stamataki, says about Pignolia Suites.

Location

Ierapetra is the largest town in the south of the Prefecture of Lassithi and the southernmost town of Europe. Situated by the Libyan Sea, Ierapetra has earned the name “the Bride of the Libyan Sea”. It is connected via road with Agios Nikolaos which is only 30km away.

The Mediterranean climate, the rich heritage and the monuments, the rich and beautiful coasts surrounding it make Ierapetra a special destination all year round.

“Ierapetra is a town that gives visitors the opportunity to live and share experiences, such as discovering a mixture of cultures that has left their mark; enjoying virgin beaches with crystal blue waters; hiking on its green mountains and through beautiful gorges; tasting local traditional tastes; and meeting its people, becoming one of them, living like a local,” Stamataki adds.
