Ancient Greek Experience, an Athens-based travel agency, recently announced that it is aiming to promote the civilization of ancient Greece to even more countries around the world. Launched in 2019, the company currently promotes Greece to 30 different nationalities with its top five markets for 2021 being Germany, the United States, Italy, Sweden and Canada. “This is 15 percent of global nationalities and it is a milestone since we are still relatively new to the market. Our target is to meet a goal to promote Greece to 50 percent of global nationalities within the next 24 months,” said Ancient Greek Experience CEO Phoebus Grigoroglou. The company offers unique travel packages for trips to a number of destinations across Greece including Athens, Delphi, Santorini and Crete. The packages combine guided tours with thematic experiences such as gastronomy and cultural events. “We are a team of professionals that have joined forces, experiences and love for Greek culture for the purpose of bringing guests something new, unprecedented and innovative, Grigoroglou added.
