Established in 2018 in Heraklion, Crete, Reload offers sales management services to the hospitality industry and supports hoteliers in their efforts to increase online direct reservations. The Avra Collection includes the 5-star Avra Imperial Hotel in Kolymbari, the boutique 3-star Avra City Hotel in the center of Chania city, and Avra Apartments that are located in two traditional renovated buildings in Chania’s Old Venetian Harbour and Kolymbari Harbour. With years of experience in top OTAs and hotel brands in Greece and abroad, Reload’s sales team will manage the online sales and marketing for the accommodation properties of the Avra Collection. Reload expects positive 2022 tourism season Speaking to GTP Headlines, Yiorgos Yiannios from Reload Hotel Sales Management said the company’s partner hotels this year until now have seen an increase of direct bookings up to 34 percent compared to the 2019 season. “This follows a successful 2021 tourism year,” he said, adding that the 2022 tourism season is already showing positive signs. “Our partner accommodation properties this year have already recorded a 140 percent rise in overnight stays compared to 2021,” Yiannios said.
