The iconic property, Canaves Oia Suites will open its doors on April 1st with two new villas (2 and 3 bedroom) and 24 fully renovated suites, offering guests an opulent and stylish stay in the heart of Oia, Santorini.

The latest addition to the Canaves Oia portfolio, Canaves Oia Epitome will open on April 18th with the addition of the palatial 450 m² / 4844 ft²  five-bedroom villa, set to open in mid-June, a new infinity pool, and the brand-new seafood restaurant Omnia, generously feeding the eye and the soul with its unobstructed views, its fresh, organic architecture and its unexpected Cycladic backdrop, featuring calming elements like stone, wood, linen and other natural materials that add depth and value to this scenic floating ‘garden’.

The new Omnia  seafood restaurant, located inside the premises of Canaves Oia Epitome, immerses the guests deep into a cinematic Aegean dining experience. Choreographed around the upper, statement pool “stage,” Omnia playfully showcases a breezy fusion of local fresh fish and other treasures from the Archipelago.

Chef Tasos Stefatos carefully curated a laid-back menu for seafood aficionados, intended to entertain, pamper the senses and encourage sharing. Inspired by his yearly travels, Chef Tasos fuses contemporary multi-cultural culinary influences with an Aegean twist. Omnia means “everything,” and the menu embodies this philosophy with diverse influences from South America, to Hawaii, to Japan, Italy and Greece: From ceviche to poke, to tacos, tataki, pasta and saganaki, the menu is a playful pantheon of lavish catch-of-the-day concepts, mainly emphasizing white fish, tuna, mullets, mollusks and oysters, while also featuring some casual choices of fine beef and sides. Omnia is open for lunch and dinner to hotel guests and Santorini visitors. Opening April 18th.
