Referring to Grivalia’s luxury camping (glamping) project in Voula, Chrysikos said it will be a “very special tourism option” for visitors.

The 50-million-euro project will be ready in February 2024 and offer luxury services to a capacity of 80 guests.

The glamping site will include a restaurant, children’s playground, cinema, gym, recreation center, sports fields and a network of pedestrian and bicycle paths.

Planned to open in 2027 in an area of 550,000 square meters on the southern part of Megalonisos, part of the Petalioi island complex in the Gulf of Evia (referred to as the “Greek Maldives”), the Six Senses Megalonisos will include 75 guest villas and 20 branded residences (for sale), restaurants, wellness and fitness areas and a beach club.

“The arrival of the Six Senses brand in Greece is a major milestone for Greek tourism,” Chrysikos said, adding that only high-quality services will be offered to guests.

The amount of the investment is estimated at over 280 million euros.

According to Chrysikos, Greece is the focus of the company’s investment interest.

Grivalia Hospitality focuses on carrying out ultra-luxury hospitality projects in Greece. Its portfolio of hotels is expected to exceed 1.5 billion euros in value when its investment plan is completed within the next three years.
