It’s Bliss,” the airline’s management said in an announcement. Named “Bliss”, the new product offers SKY express passengers a range of different options at every stage of their journey for an even more unique travel experience. Launched initially on international routes, the new service will gradually expand to most of SKY express’s network and offer passengers priority at every stage of the trip: free access to VIP Lounges, possibility of carrying extra luggage and kilos in them, fine dining options and in-flight entertainment. According to SKY express, the new business class product combines sustainability, comfort and the most refined experience that every traveler seeks. “Traveling with SKY express becomes even more exciting for travelers who enjoy a truly personalized travel experience, perfectly tailored to their needs and desires, while at the same time we are an environmentally responsible choice with a low-carbon fleet impact,” the airline’s management said. SKY express Revenue Products Manager Eleanna Michalakopoulou had announced the launch of “Bliss” last month during a presentation of the airline’s new products and services for passengers. “SKY express will be adding a product that is missing from its planes: a business class,” she said, adding that the airline is taking a whole new approach to air travel. Along with a new business class, SKY express also launched a new preorder meal service for passengers named “Drinks and Bites” and “SKY Forward”, a product available to passengers who want to earn a certain amount of money for their air travel during a year with great flexibility and without restrictions. “Our new products and services combine sustainability, comfort and the most refined experience that every traveler seeks,” Michalakopoulou said. SKY express travels to 46 destinations in Greece and abroad with a fleet of 23 aircraft.
