HORECA trade show has managed through its 19 years of operation to gather forward thinking and dynamic entrepreneurs who envision, evolve and follow the trends and rise as the biggest exhibition in Greece and a must -attend event for the hospitality industry.

Thousands of professionals, set their appointment from 7 to 10 February at Metropolitan Expo, for HORECA 2025, in order to meet in person, the leading Greek and global brands who exhibit, and discover pioneering products and solutions, modern services and cutting-edge technologies for their hotels or foodservice businesses. From raw materials to semi-finished products, from machinery to equipment, from furnishings to tableware. We are preparing for all our exhibitors and visitors three days dedicated to business and networking, during of which trends and innovation will stand out once again.

Global trends in the fields of digital promotion, marketing and management of hotels, restaurants, cafes and bars will be presented on the stage of HORECA Business Lab at Hall 3 by marketeers, business owners and market executives. The stage of Coffee Events at Hall 1 will host interesting workshops around coffee, as well as the ultimate showcase of skill, knowledge, creativity, passion and personality in the world of coffee, Coffee Championships. Leading representatives of the modern gastronomy, and renowned chefs, during live cooking workshops at Gastronomy Lab stage at Hall 4, will present innovative cooking methods, zero waste techniques, nutritional trends, and modern menu ideas.
