The International Film Festival of Larissa |Artfools Festival is organized by the cultural non-profit organization Artfools and takes place in the city of Larissa every year under the aegis of the Thessaly Region.
It’s one of the most important regional film festivals and every year gathers much of attendees from Greece and abroad. Its program includes:
1. Greek & International short films competition 2. Greek & international student films competition 3. Activities, workshops, masterclass, exhibitions, etc.
The organizational committee schedules and presents ten days of screenings, happenings, cinema workshops and master classes. Every season, the International Film Festival of Larissa hosts significant cinema personalities, producing special screenings based on their overall work in the field of cinema.
Also this year The Larissa International Film Festival announced the first competitive #AI short film festival in Greece, named Larissa Lumina. This innovative event brings together the latest developments in artificial intelligence and the art of filmmaking, providing a unique platform for creators to showcase their work.
