MATKA, the largest travel industry event in Northern Europe, will fit once more the whole world into the Messukeskus Helsinki, Expo & Convention Centre from 16 to 20 January 2019.
MATKA Nordic Travel Fair presents a vivid paradise of travel options to the general public. More than 1000 exhibitors from 80 different countries ensure an impressive start for the travel year. Also the popularity of domestic tourism is obvious as all of Finland is present in miniature size on a yearly basis. Annually the event is visited by more than 50.000 consumers and almost 20.000 travel trade professionals.
On Thursday and in the morning on Friday the exhibition is open only for the travel trade professionals.
In connection with the Nordic Travel Fair MATKA Finnish Fair Corporation is organizing the MATKA Workshop Day on Wednesday 17th of January which includes two parallel events, Meet Finland Workshop and Global Workshop. Both of these events bring together travel trade professionals around the world and enables you to get an update on the wide range of products and services Finland and other countries offer.
