The Resort & Residential Hospitality Forum (R&R) is the premier event for exploring opportunities in the leisure sector. The 2024 R&R forum will take place in Athens, 18-20 November at the Athenaeum InterContinental, under the cooperation of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) and Enterprise Greece, the official investment and trade promotion agency of the Greek state.
With hospitality real estate transactions expected to rebound in 2024, stakeholders must navigate the complexities of the leisure segment to succeed. This includes managing diverse assets and amenities, targeting key destinations, understanding macro-environmental risks, dealing with market fragmentation and finding deals within limited stock.
The conference theme for R&R 2024 is Big Ambitions, Big Results. With hospitality real estate transactions expected to rebound in 2024, stakeholders must navigate the complexities of the leisure segment to succeed, which requires specialised expertise, robust data, and strong partnerships, along with a clear vision for the sector.
Organized by Questex, the R&R is dedicated to real estate investments – with an emphasis on residential and hospitality – but also on the development and operation of integrated tourist resorts in the Mediterranean region.
