The Samothraki Open Forum will be held on September 29-30, organized by the Iasion at the “Nikolaos Fardys” Cultural Center under the auspices of the Samothraki Municipality.
The forum aims to be a path for information, training and dialogue among institutions, businesses and professionals with target the sustainable development of Samothraki island.
This initiative is based on the thought that the tourism development is sustainable if all the sources and contributors cooperate to create products & services of high quality, while the benefits of this development are diffused to the major part of the local economy.
At the launching event of Samothraki Open Forum an emphasis will be given in the presentation of the possibilities and the utilization of the best practices for the development of alternative forms of tourism, based on the environment, the culture and the gastronomy of Samothraki island.
