The European Council issues a recommendation (to take effect on February 1) for member states to implement a “person-based approach” which allows holders of valid EU digital Covid certificates to travel restriction-free. The UK government announced that as of February 11 travelers wishing to visit England and Scotland will no longer have to take Covid-19 tests prior to travel if they have completed a full cycle of vaccination.
