Athens Marathon Start Venue – Town of Marathon

The 41st edition of the Athens Authentic Marathon is scheduled for November 9-10, 2024.

The Athens Authentic Marathon celebrates 40 years of successful course in the world of road running and will be held on 11-12 November, 2023.

With more runners than the 2021 race, the 39th 'Athens Marathon. The Authentic' will be held on 12-13 November, 2022 by the Hellenic Athletics Federation (SEGAS).

The Athens Marathon. The Authentic will celebrate its 37th edition, on November 10, aiming to turn this year's event into a milestone for the years to come.

The Athens Marathon. The Authentic will celebrate its 36th edition, on November 11, 2018 aiming to turn this year's event into a milestone for the years to come.

The “Athens Marathon. The Authentic” celebrates its 35 edition, in modern times,on 12 November 2017 organized by the Hellenic Athletics Federation (SEGAS).

The 34th “Athens Marathon. The Authentic” will be held on 13 November 2016 by the Hellenic Athletics Federation (SEGAS) with the support & sponsorship of the state as well as the private sector, celebrating 120 years from the first contemporary Marathon race.
