Furthermore, with its purchase of 68.3% of Colossos, Louis gets 25,000 square meters of beach property. The latter piece of property will house a new 400-room 5-star Louis Hotel in the near future. The Cypriot-based company also owns 68,000 square meters of property nearby, which will be used for the construction of a deluxe tourism village.
