A special opportunity to get in touch with nature during all four seasons is now available through a stay at the Possidi Holidays Hotel, a hidden paradise in Greece’s Chalkidiki. The hotel’s manager, Panagiotis Kalantzis, says he has created some very special programs for groups and companies.

To begin with, any of the resort’s new winter programs for 2000/2001 could include healthy foods, bodily exercise, alternate ways to take away built-up stress and built-up weight, and special esthetics programs during 3-day and 5-day breakaway vacations. Special active tourism programs have been created and organized by specialists in the field, such as EY ZHN and Adrenaline Team.

For companies that want to revitalize employees, Possidi offers a 3-day program that concentrates on team player games. These team games are specially designed to improve the participant’s abilities to trust, cooperate and communicate. Programs include a wide range of activities, eight in number, that run concurrently so groups can participate in each activity. The most popular to date is the highly active “treasure hunt.”

Perhaps most important for the business sector is the unit’s fine conference areas that combine complete functionality with esthetics and modern technology. The complex boasts three conference areas that can accommodate from 10 to 230 delegates. Halls were created to serve every type of seminar, company presentation, meeting, international symposium and special event.

On the more pampering side of a holiday, other programs could include anything from yoga, massage, body and breathing exercises complete with sauna, relaxation, stretching massage, siatsu, reflexology, aromatherapy. Also included in all programs are special diet programs, all with a base of local-grown products.
