Proposed projects include a 3-lane golf course, a hotel and auxiliary lodgings, commercial units, and a hotel marina. The property, managed by Hellenic Tourism Properties (ETA) for the Hellenic Tourism Organization, will be leased to a long-term investor through an international tender. A complete study and file on the project will be ready by September 15, promised Tassos Homenides, ETA’s managing director.
