Organizers, the Corfu Boat Racing Club and the Corfu Inflatable Boat club, say the number of contestants this year will be double that of last year and that the races promise some especially exciting moments for both participants and spectators. Along with the inflatable races, the organizers have set up shows and spectacles that include water ski presentations as well as jet ski and parachute shows. The races and events take place at the Garitsas Bay Formula 1 track and are under the auspices of the Municipality of Corfu and are being held with the support of the area’s regional authority.
