New Board of Directors for Blue Star Ferries

The board of directors of Blue Star Maritime recently convened and accepted the resignation of executive board members, Pericles Panagopoulos and Alexander Panagopoulos, and independent, non-executive board member, Emmanuel Kalpadakis, who were then replaced with Petros Vettas, Yannis Criticos and Alexander Edipidis respectively. The board also assigned offices and responsibilities to its members with Charalambos Paschalis as chairman and non-executive member, Michael Gialouris as vice-chairman and executive member, Michael Sakellis as managing director and executive member, and Spiros Paschalis as authorized director and executive member.
