Company updates Grand Hotel Palace Expands Conference Center by GTP editing team 1 May 2008 written by GTP editing team 1 May 2008 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 12 Grand Hotel Palace in Thessaloniki inaugurated its new conference center with a total capacity for 1,500 delegates following the five million euro investment by the Serafeim Dedeoglou group of companies. This investment subsequently completes the hotel’s existing conference facilities with a capacity for some 1,800 delegates. The conference facility was recently inaugurated in the presence of Minister of Macedonia-Thrace Margaritis Tzimas. The 265-room luxury hotel is now the largest city conference facility in the north of Greece and with its latest technological advances claims to host five to 15 events simultaneously. Grand Hotel Palace opened in 2004 and cost the Dedeoglou group of companies some 25 million euros.
