Transport Minister Evripidis Stylianidis underlined that Greece is a worldwide tourism destination and is visited annually by a large number of foreigners who wish to commute and reach a destination easily, quickly and safely. The public transport guide is available in six languages (Greek, English, Russian, Albanian, Arabic and Chinese) and can be found throughout the city at central bus stops and metro stations, foreign press distribution points, embassies and other organizations. Information in regards to the various types of tickets and their corresponding prices as well as the fines incurred by failure to validate them is included within the guide. In addition, the new guide also explains the procedure a passenger must follow when filing a complaint against transit employees.
