According to the Athens Tourism and Economic Development Company (ATEDCo), the success of the first Infopoint in Athens International Airport led to the creation of a second information network to serve tourists in the Athens center. At Public, specially trained staff is on call to assist visitors with queries and highlight the best attractions and services found in Athens. According to ATEDCo, Infopoints are to gradually extend to all points of entry to the Greek capital.
