Eva Batzaki (Hilton Athens), Tina Toribaba (Hilton Athens), Nikolaos Andriopoulos (President of Lakitira Hotels), (Doubletree by Hilton-Helona Kos) and Bart van de Winkel (Hilton Athens general manager). According to the presentation of the Doubletree by Hilton-Helona Kos held last month at the Athens Hilton, the new hotel is scheduled to open in May 2010. The hotel, which originally opened independently in June 2009, will offer 238 rooms including 15 suites and three villas, two restaurants and bars, a spa and fitness area, a private beach and 800 square meters of meeting space. The Doubletree by Hilton Resort, Kos–Helona will be Hilton Worldwide’s second property in Greece -it currently operates one hotel in Greece, the Athens Hilton in the capital’s city center- and the country’s first Doubletree by Hilton.
