The authorization, which was free of charge, was priced at $14 as of 8 September. Payment can be made only by credit card. According to Air France, the U.S. authorities have forbidden travel for any passenger that has not paid the fee. ESTA requests may be submitted via website https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov.
