The 42nd Xenia exhibition (26-29 November) will host the food event “Kalimera! with taste” at the Metropolitan Expo center at Athens International Airport.

“Kalimera! with taste” will bring together several of Greece’s talented chefs who will present their ideas on creating an authentic Greek breakfast menu that will cater to visitors traveling to Greece.

The gastronomy event will take place on 27 November in a “kitchen theater” setting that will be set up in one part of the exhibition hall.

Participating chefs will present their ideas and prepare items from their special menus, live, to an audience of attendees, mainly professionals in the tourism and hospitality industries.
